At Neeltaru, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@neeltaru.com or via our website contact form.
2. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
You can request a return or refund only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product was missing from your order
In such cases:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos or video proof of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, as per your preference.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Opened packaging
- Items without proof of damage
- Products bought during sale or special promotions (unless damaged)
