1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@neeltaru.com or via our website contact form.

2. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

You can request a return or refund only if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
• The product was missing from your order

In such cases:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund, as per your preference.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products
• Opened packaging
• Items without proof of damage
• Products bought during sale or special promotions (unless damaged)
